The English Folk Dance and Song Society is recruiting a Box Office Administrator and Receptionist to ensure a welcoming and safe service to all visitors to Cecil Sharp House, administering entry to the Vaughan Williams Memorial Library and assisting with the smooth running of all the Society’s administration.

Join the English Folk Dance and Song Society team at Cecil Sharp House and The Vaughan Williams Memorial Library. EFDSS are now recruiting to employ a Box Office Administrator and Receptionist.

About the role
To ensure a welcoming and safe service to all visitors to Cecil Sharp House, administering entry to the Vaughan Williams Memorial Library and assisting with the smooth running of all the Society’s administration, particularly focusing on communications and sales activities. To be the venue lead for the administration of the box office system, using ticketing software, PatronBase.

Contract:
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, excluding lunch breaks. 
Usual working hours are 9am – 5pm.
Holidays: 25 days per annum plus statutory public and bank holidays.
Probation: 6 months
