Scotland’s award-winning national dance Company is seeking a Dance Health Coordinator. As Dance Health Coordinator, your role will encompass administration, planning and delivery of Scottish Ballet’s Education projects, which focus on health and wellbeing, to all sectors of the community.
Established in 1969 by Peter Darrell, Scottish Ballet is an award-winning Company which has built its reputation on strong commissioning and ambitious touring, and regularly presents at premier theatres and events such as Sadler’s Wells and Edinburgh International Festival, as well as leading venues and festivals abroad including Europe, Asia and North America.
As Dance Health Coordinator, your role will encompass administration, planning and delivery of Scottish Ballet’s Education projects, which focus on health and wellbeing, to all sectors of the community. Programmes will include Dance for Dementia and Dance for Parkinson’s Scotland; and includes active participation in the day-to-day running and contributing to the long-term vision of the Education Department.
