Salary: £23,500 pa (pro-rata)

English National Ballet School is recruiting a Junior Programme Co-ordinator to ensure the efficient running of all ENBS Juniors classes, supporting the Juniors Programme Manager to maximise opportunities for growth and development of the Juniors offer.

Key Responsibilities

Classes and Performances
  • Act as first point of contact for the programme, answering queries from existing and potential participants
  • Set up and manage the process for the preparation of all registers, briefing documents and certificates for teachers and attendees 
  • Co-ordinate all ENBS Juniors classes including taking and managing registration and waiting lists 
  • Manage all space hires, maintaining good relationships with external venues
  • Work with Juniors Programme Manager to deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy to fill venue classes to capacity
  • Oversee uniform supply and sales, dealing with any issues that arise
  • Working closely with the Juniors Programme Manager co-ordinate all performances.
Recruitment and Management
  • Act as first point of contact for of all teachers, teaching assistants and pianists across the programme 
  • Liaise with artistic advisors to co-ordinate teacher observations ensuring timely feedback is delivered 
  • Coordinate and support staff training days 
  • Coordinate the induction and training of all staff across the programme 
  • Minute termly meeting with Juniors staff and distribute accordingly.
Curriculum & Assessment
  • Implement agreed quality assurance processes across the programme 
  • Be responsible for documenting the Juniors syllabus and any changes/revision that occur 
  • Co-ordinate the annual assessment process, working with Juniors Programme Manager to ensure there is consistency across the breadth of the programme 
  • Be responsible for co-ordinating all assessment paperwork.
Communication  
  • Deliver all day-to-day communications, following agreed communications time-table 
  • Prepare termly letters to all participants and ensure these are sent in a timely manner 
  • Manage all incoming parental queries 
  • Attend viewing days and performances to liaise with attending parents 
  • Manage Juniors contacts database and work with the admin team to incorporate into any new system.
Finance
  • With Finance and Operations Manager deliver the financial administration of the programme 
  • Work with the Juniors Programme Manager to deliver within agreed budget parameters 
  • Ensure fees are paid on time, and deliver credit control with regard to overdue payments where necessary.
General Duties
  • Work towards and promote the aims and values of the School at all times
