The successful applicant will work in a small team alongside the Director in a wide and varied role, including the following responsibilities:
- Handling enquiries from a range of potential and existing clients/customers by email and phone
- Venue management and scheduling maintenance checks
- Managing the scheduling, booking and contracting of shows and freelance practitioners
- Assisting with budgeting, and managing petty cash
- Maintenance of databases
- Researching and identifying potential opportunities for Powys Dance
- Assisting with the delivery of our marketing plan.
Contract: Permanent, part-time 22.5 hours per week.
