The Royal Ballet School are looking for a bright, creative and committed individual to join its PrimarySTEPS programme as a Ballet Teacher, in Swindon.

About the role:
PrimarySTEPS is a junior school programme which aims to provide Year 3 class groups with a positive introduction to ballet and initial creative ballet training for selected children age 7 – 11 years, who would not otherwise have the opportunity.

This role will involve co-teaching classes, supervising rehearsals and reporting on the students’ progress at appropriate intervals. The successful candidate will be a passionate educator with experience of teaching ballet to children. A flexible and collaborative attitude to working with professional colleagues is essential.

Hours:

Autumn Term - 3 hours per week
Spring & Summer Term - 4.25 hours per week
plus arranged fees for a range of additional activities through the year.
