We are looking for a dynamic Senior Learning Manager with at least 5 years of arts management experience to work in our busy learning office where you will enjoy a varied workload.
The role of the Senior Learning Manager is to co-design and implement programmes that contribute to the delivery of Northern Ballet’s Learning aims and objectives. To set up and oversee the programme of activity in education and community settings, liaising closely with key stakeholders and maintaining internal relationships with other departments within the organisation. With a passion for ensuring access to dance for all and a love of meticulous planning, you will co-design, implement and evaluate a wide range of dance projects and programmes. You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability to support and inspire others. F/T position 35hrs a week.
