Stretford Dance for Parkinson's

We encourage steps towards inspired movement for people who, despite mobility issues, wish to reconnect with their bodies through music. Our simple choreographies, rewarding and enjoyable, are inspired by classical ballet repertoire, but we like to experiment with our dancers using contemporary movement and dance theatre as well. These sessions have been organised and sponsored by Parkinson’s UK Trafford Branch
When: Friday's from 2pm-3pm
Where: St. Matthew’s Hall, Chapel Ln, Stretford, Manchester M32 9AJ
Cost: free for Parkinson’s UK members, carers welcome too
Class Teachers: Catherine Chanoux & Andre Milewski
