Rickmansworth Dance for Parkinson’s

Dance can provide a relaxed and sociable environment for people with Parkinson’s. Join this class to develop your flexibility and instil confidence whilst assisting movement and balance. 
When: classes on Thursday’s, 12.30pm – 1.30pm 
Where: William Penn Leisure Centre, Shepherds Lane, Rickmansworth, Herts WD3 8JN 
Cost: £3 per session. Pay on the day

St. Alban's Dance for Parkinson’s

Dance class for people with Parkinson’s and their partners/carers incorporating ballet, contemporary, country dance and improvisation, all to live music

Leighton Buzzard Dance for Parkinson's

It is a fun session of seated and standing based movement to music dance class with ballet, modern, and contemporary styles and influences to get everyone in the mood to move to music and dance, followed by tea & biscuits. These classes have been organised by Parkinson's UK. You can drop in or pay for a block booking, term time only.
When: Friday’s 1:30 – 3:00pm term-time only

Ballroom, Latin and Tango mixed ability classes designed for those living with a variety of mobility and health issues, their families, carers and clinicians
