Dorchester Dance for Parkinson’s

The class will cover a variety of dance styles with a focus on posture, strength, coordination, balance, creativity and suppleness. 
When: 
classes on Tuesday’s, 3-4.30pm 
Where: Dorchester Arts, The Corn Exchange, High East Street, Dorchester, DT1 1HF

Cost: £3.50 to people with Parkinson’s and carers are invited to join in for free.

Salisbury Dance for Parkinson’s 

Dance and movement class led by Rebecca Seymour, a dancer with a close interest in helping people with Parkinson’s
When: classes on Tuesday’s, 10.30–11.45am 
Where: Parkwood Leisure Centre, London Road, Salisbury 
Cost: Free for people with Parkinson’s, £1 per session for carers and £2 per session for other members of the branch. Free parking, lift and café

Cornwall Dance for Parkinson’s

These sessions are designed to be enjoyed by people living with Parkinson’s along with their partners or friends. Incorporated into the class is time for seated exercise, standing, travelling and partner work, and will always be directly influenced by the needs and personalities of those attending.
When: classes on Friday’s 11am-12midday (Arrive 10.30am)

The Point, Eastleigh Dance for Parkinson's classes

A social and uplifting movement class designed specifically for the symptoms of Parkinson's, helping to increase general mobility, confidence and social and emotional wellbeing 
When: weekly classes Thursday's between 2.15-3.45 pm

Newent Dance for Parkinson’s

Monthly classes on the fourth Monday of every month. Classes finish with tea, coffee and biscuits. All welcome! Classes run with North Forest Support group.
