Dance for Fun in Halifax

This popular session of Dance for Parkinson’s continues to run as a weekly drop in session. No experience is necessary and bring a friend. 
When: classes on Thursday’s, 11am - 12pm, You are welcome to join for tea and chat from 10.30am

Gentle movement and dance in Huddersfield

A gentle dance and movement class, specifically designed for those with limited mobility. The class offers the opportunity to work on balance, co-ordination and muscle strength and is open to all abilities.

York Dance for Parkinson’s

Have fun and in the words of one of our class members ‘forget who you are’. Partners, friends and carers welcome or come along on your own. Wheelchair users are welcome.
