Participate: issue 4
Welcome to the latest issue of Participate - the newspaper for dance in participatory settings, published by People Dancing.

In this edition, we bring you stories from beyond the UK, the tale of a Big Issue seller's experience of watching some dance, news of a farmer who found dance in retirement and a report on The Dancing Girls, who meet every Wednesday in a Northumberland seaside village.

We also look at the work of a profoundly Deaf dance artist who works with a fusion of Bharata Natyam, Hip Hop and British Sign Language. And in this, People Dancing's 30th anniversary year we hear from participants from six other dance organisations who are also celebrating!
