Civil Liability Protection insurance, Legal Expenses Protection and Personal Accident cover
Professional Individual members of the Foundation for Community Dance benefit from three separate insurance policies comprising:
- Civil Liability Protection (includes Public & Products Liability, Professional Indemnity and Libel & Slander protection) - Civil Liability Protection is the generic term for an insurance policy that includes cover for the following: Professional Indemnity, Public & Products Liability, Libel and Slander insurances. The limit of indemnity is £10 million
- Legal Expenses protection - Including the defence of criminal prosecution, civil defence and arrest assistance in respect of allegation of abuse.
- Personal Accident cover - Personal Accident cover is an additional benefit provided for insured members.

NEW for 2012! Employers Liability insurance cover
From 1 April 2012, Employers Liability insurance cover will be available as an option to ‘add on’ to the Civil Liability protection included within Professional Individual Membership.
Who is it for?
The Employers Liability add-on is for those engaging employees, volunteers and/or other artists on an occasional basis, such as helping out with a project, performance or workshop. Please see full details on the Employers Liability insurance page.
How much does it cost?
The add-on costs £45.00 and can be purchased at any time throughout the insurance year.
