Staffordshire Arts & Museum Service is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to take up the role of Dance Development Officer.
Full Job Description:
You will be responsible for the development of dance to create a robust and sustainable infrastructure, to increase participation in dance across a variety of target audiences, and assist with the development of an innovative and high profile dance programme across Staffordshire.
You will have at least three years of working within or arts development, demonstrable experience of community dance and a successful experience in partnership working. You will have good interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills and be able to advocate for dance to different audiences.
This is a part time post fixed term for three years at 29 hours per week for the first year and then 22 hours per week for the following two years.
