This full-time senior position will be responsible for the organisation’s finance, HR, administration, governance, funder reporting, and day-to-day operations. The role is ideally suited to an experienced individual who is keen to work collaboratively as part of a small, highly professional, values-led team, as well as independently when required.

GARY CLARKE COMPANY, renowned for high impact, high quality, and high legacy dance theatre, tours extensively to middle scale venues across the UK. We nurture new partners and touring networks at home and abroad, most recently with our critically acclaimed productions COAL and WASTELAND.

As a new Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation, we are moving from an efficient project-by-project organisation that regularly exceeds its targets, to a year-round operation delivering a high-quality programme. The Administrative Director will be key to achieving this transition.
