Working as part of a small and dedicated team, this new role will lead on our Dance Well programme which takes South Asian dance into NHS and care settings. The post holder will develop our existing exemplary programme by sourcing new national Primary Care Trust partners and building relationships with local artists to deliver workshops, performances and interventions.
An interest in dance, and specifically South Asian dance would be beneficial, but most important is that you are committed to the impact and benefit of arts for health and wellbeing, and work with empathy and care. You should have significant experience in project management, and the ability to build strong relationships and implement rigorous evaluation processes.
The post is offered as a hybrid model working from our London office (approx. 3 days) and your home base including national travel for partnership meetings.
If you are enthusiastic about the impact of arts interventions within healthcare settings, have experience of providing high quality programme and partnership project management and are looking to join a supportive and progressive organisation that puts care at the centre of all we do then we want to hear from you!
