The commission is part of IGNITE 17/18. IGNITE aims to provide exciting opportunities to challenge and develop dancers with a range of abilities and disabilities from Monmouthshire and is funded by ACW lottery.
- Commissioned works to be between 10-15 minutes in length
- Commissioned works should be suitable for mixed audience bearing in mind factors such as age suitability and type/style
- Chosen choreographer MUST be available for set creation period: MYDC commission 19th - 23rd February 2018. MCDC commission weekends in February and March dates TBC
- Further rehearsal dates TBC closer to the performances in March 2018
- The commissioning fee of £3,000 includes travel expenses, accommodation and all preparation time/creation/rehearsal time.
