This is a great opportunity to gain a rounded experience of artist development and project management in a busy arts organisation.
Main duties include:
- Taking enquiries from Artists and coordinating responses
- Managing the studio booking system for the Artist Residency Programme
- Collating artist applications and coordinating selection processes
- Welcoming and supporting artists who participate in residencies, workshops and projects at Yorkshire Dance
- Coordinating recruitment for artistic projects which engage with the local community
- Attending artist studio sharing’s and contributing to feedback processes where appropriate
- Working in a small team to plan, deliver and evaluate projects such as Yorkshire Dance’s Encounters Festival.
