This is a senior executive position and the job requires close collaboration with 2Faced Dance Company's Board to set the strategic direction of the company, to oversee the delivery of its business objectives, and ensure that it thrives both artistically and financially now and in the future.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role at senior management level within a successful organisation.
In collaboration and partnership with the Artistic Director, you will lead the organisation strategically and with vision, maintaining an equal leadership role within 2Faced Dance Company.
You will line-manage the administrative team and the freelance non-artistic staff and be responsible to the board for the programme, policies and management of the company and act as Company Secretary.
