working independently and within a small, dynamic and ambitious team. Applicants should connect
deeply with DCD values, have a keen interest in the performing arts and genuine desire to make life
changing differences to dancers’ lives and wellbeing.
Our ideal candidate will be a highly experienced fundraiser with excellent interpersonal skills and a
proven track record of establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with a range of funders
and donors.
