East London Dance is recruiting for a Partnerships & Development Manager. A new role that will support the development of the organisation, in particular programme and strategic partnerships, alongside delivering the fundraising strategy to expand existing markets and diversify its income streams.
East London Dance is entering a period of growth, developing new partnerships as part of the expanding cultural landscape in and around Stratford, as well as delivering a major five-year talent development programme The Fi.ELD, funded by Esmée Fairbairn Foundation.

Contract: Part-time, four days per week (0.8 FTE) Permanent role
About the role
The Partnerships & Development Manager is a new role that will support the development of the organisation, in particular programme and strategic partnerships, alongside delivering the fundraising strategy to expand existing markets and diversify our income.
Your Profile: You will be an insightful arts manager with at least three-year’s experience of working within the cultural sector. You will have a proven track record of successful fundraising and establishing collaborative relationships within the arts. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate values and cultivate a shared ethos between partners.
