Teaching Qualifications & Student Course Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Location: London
Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 pa

We are looking for a mature, experienced and enthusiastic administrator to provide outstanding support to the various courses we run for teacher training (aged 18+) and students at Level 3 (aged 16 – 19).

Reporting to the CEO and Head of Teaching Qualifications (line manager), the position is responsible for providing efficient, effective administrative support for the Head of Teaching Qualifications and includes (but is not limited to):

  • Initial point of contact for all relevant courses via email and telephone
  • Responsibility for maintaining studio and facilities bookings for all courses
  • Responsibility for coordinating training days and course events (e.g. Graduation Day)
  • Creation and distribution of relevant course materials
  • Processing of course registration documents and payments
  • Process all relevant mailing
  • Database entry and database management to keep accurate records of all students
  • Admin of course submissions
  • Liaison with course faculty to ensure submissions of marked assessments are timely
  • General administrative tasks as required
  • Provide support to course sessions including those at weekends
  • Provide support for the marketing of the courses

The candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, focus on detail and work proactively
