For Professional Individual Membership Only

Renewal options for current Professional Individual Members renewing for the year 1 April 2021 - 31 March 2022 

Option 1: If you are able to, you can pay the amount of £72 in full online now - please follow the 2 steps below.

Steps to renew online:

  1. Login to your Member Profile using your email address and password (easy to reset if necessary)
  2. Make a secure payment using a debit/credit card or PayPal account.

What happens next?

A receipt from PayPal will be sent immediately. People Dancing will process your membership within 7 days and send confirmation of renewal by email. Insured members will receive their evidence of cover document by email in time for 1 April 2021.

 

 

Option 2: Spread the cost of £72 in nine separate direct debit payments of £8 (Apr - Dec 2021). Please email Daryl Kirkland, Programme Coordinator: daryl@communitydance.org.uk to request a Direct Debit mandate to print, complete and return to us via scanned image or clear picture taken with a smartphone. We'll then set up your payment schedule and send confirmation to you via email.

 


 

Option 3: To receive a call-back from a member of the team to process your renewal over the phone, please complete this short call-back form. A member of the team will call you back between between 10am - 5pm, Mon-Fri. Confirmation of renewal will then be sent to you by email within 7-10 working days. Insured members will receive their evidence of cover document by email.

 



Option 4: Do not renew and we'll provide offer six months free Associate Individual Membership so that you can still access benefits as you prepare to return to work. There's no need to act as we'll adjust this automatically for you from 1 April 2021.

Cancellations, refunds and changing your Membership during the period 1 April - 31 June 2021:

Following renewal of your Professional Individual Membership during this period you may opt to cancel at any time and you will receive a refund, as set out below:

  • Cancel during the period 1 April - 31 June 2021 and you will recieve a refund of £37
  • Cancel during the period 1 July - 30 September 2021 and you will receive a refund of £27
  • Cancel during the period 1 October - 31 December 2021 and you will receive a refund of £17
  • Cancel during the period 1 January - 31 March 2022 and you will receive a refund of £7.

These refund amounts are updated quartely and will be published here as applicable.

Additionally we will, with your permission, change your membership type to a free Associate Individual until 31 March 2022. You can change your membership back to Professional Individual at any time during this period, with just the refunded amount payable for this. However please note that you will not be insured through membership of People Dancing from the point of cancellation and for the period of the cancellation.

All other renewals online

  1. Login to your Profile using your email address as username, and password (easy to reset if necessary)
  2. Review your details - and update any changes i.e. contact details. If considering changing to a different membership category, see Membership Services page for options
  3. Make payment using a debit/credit card or PayPal account.
  4. Confirmation of your renewal by receipt from PayPal will be sent immediately. People Dancing will then process your membership within 7 days and send confirmation of renewal by email. Insured members will receive their evidence of cover document by email along with a membership certificate.

Renew by phone

Call us on +44(0)116 253 3453 between 10am - 5pm, Mon-Fri and we'll set up your renewal quickly and easily over the phone. People Dancing will process your membership within 7-10 working days and send confirmation of renewal by email. Insured members receive their evidence of cover document by email along with a membership certificate by email.
