Fact sheets and legal compliance info
Dancers, dance teachers, leaders and facilitators are subject to a range of legal issues, depending on the nature and location of their work.

This information has been compiled by People Dancing to help members of the dance community gain a better understanding of their legal obligations. The pages have been specifically designed to support the learning of DDTAL candidates. This is not an exhaustive list. There may be other legal issues that may affect your practice.
