Open to all organisations in the UK involved in the arts who want to connect with the community dance network. Membership is designed for those wishing to demonstrate their active support for the organisation's values and access the benefits of membership

Associate Organisation Membership offers some brilliant benefits, which include:
  • Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Checks: People Dancing can provide Enhanced DBS Checks for those working for you in a DBS eligible position. Fees are explained here
  • Reduced rate recruitment advertising
  • Animated magazine: Access to the latest edition of Animated, the community dance magazine, plus access to an extensive online library and back issues
  • Reduced fees for People Dancing's Events & Courses
  • Certificate of Membership and a People Dancing Associate Member logo for use on your publicity
  • Live Well & Dance with Parkinson's: Support for artists and practitioners developing and leading in work for dance for people with Parkinson's, through introductory courses, continuing professional development events and workshops. Partnership membership is invaluable if your organisation is interested in or provides opportunities for dance for people with Parkinson's.
  • Access to fact sheets on a range of subjects, and compliance information.

In order to complete the joining process you will need to read and agree to our Terms & Conditions, a copy of which will also be sent to you when you join.

Joining and payment options

Online: Join online using a debit/credit card or PayPal account. You'll be directed to a page to complete your details and payment. A receipt and confirmation will be sent via email. Joining online enables instant access to benefits. Join online now.
