All members of People Dancing receive a reminder by email and post at renewal time

Renew online

  1. Login to your Profile using your email address as username, and password (easy to reset if necessary)
  2. Review your details - and update any changes i.e. contact details. If considering changing to a different membership category, see Membership Services page for options
  3. Make payment using a debit/credit card or your PayPal account. *£2.50 transaction fee applies
  4. Confirmation of your renewal by receipt from PayPal will be sent immediately. People Dancing will then process your membership within 7 days and send confirmation of renewal by post. Insured members will receive their insurance certificates via email.
Renew by phone

Call us on +44(0)116 253 3453 between 10am - 6pm, Mon-Fri and we'll set up your renewal quickly and easily over the phone. People Dancing will then process your membership within 7-10 working days and send confirmation of renewal by post. Insured members receive insurance certificates via email. *No transaction fee.

Renew by Direct Debit

Renewing Professional Individual Members wishing to take advantage of a monthly Direct Debit payment scheme; please download and print the Direct Debit mandate and complete and return it to us, showing your membership number. We'll then set up your payment schedule and send confirmation to you. Full renewal information will then be sent by email. *£5 Direct Debit administration fee applies.

* a note about payment options People Dancing has until now covered the charges levied to us by service providers processing payments online or through Direct Debit. While we will continue to cover the majority of these costs incurred, we must now pass on some of this additional cost to those members making payments online using either a PayPal account or PayPal payment terminal, or by Direct Debit.

Suspended or lapsed membership?

Suspended or lapsed members are welcome to re-join. Simply login to your profile using your email address as your username, or call us on +44(0)116 253 3453, we'll be happy to help over the phone.
