You will assist the Customer Services Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Box Office and Reception maintaining an excellent standard of Customer Care and Box Office service, whilst acting as Duty Manager.
You should have excellent communication and customer service skills and experience of working in a customer facing role. You will be able to perform well under pressure; be a creative thinker and problem solver; with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Contract: part-time, 18-22 hours per week.
