Pavilion Dance South West seeks a Head of Engagement. The role presents a great opportunity to join the senior team of a dynamic and progressive organisation which combines a specialist venue for dance and a regional and national dance development role.
Pavilion Dance South West is a national dance development organisation with a dance house in Bournemouth, a regional remit across the south west and a developing leadership voice for dance nationally. We are also an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation.
The role of Head of Engagement has arisen as Zannah Doan takes up the role of Chief Executive from 1 March 2017. The role presents a great opportunity to join the senior team of a dynamic and progressive organisation which combines a specialist venue for dance and a regional and national dance development role.
Pavilion Dance South West is looking for an experienced and inspiring person with a background in creating and running programmes by, with and for a variety of communities. You will be passionate about enabling more people to dance and interested in a variety of sectors including education and health. The successful candidate will be positive and energetic and able to travel.
Contract: Full-time, 37 hours a week
