Following the Time to Move conference about dance and older people, organised by Take Art Somerset, on 9 - 10 July 2009 in Taunton, there was a call to revise the Charter for the Older Dancer, originally drafted in 1997 by the Foundation for Community Dance in association with Fergus Early of Green Candle Dance Company. Participants in the conference were invited to review the Charter and update it to suit current issues in dance. Download it below.
