Hampshire County Council (HCC) have produced an inclusion resource pack is designed to assist people who work in out-of-school settings that provide activities for young people (e.g. within childcare, youth clubs, leisure centres, sports clubs, libraries, after school clubs or art centres).
The objective is to provide some easy to follow tips, suggestions and resources to support 'settings' in becoming even more inclusive for disabled young people.
The pack includes: a 'How to use this pack guide', Booklet with tips and suggestions, a set of Disability information cards, two posters and a DVD 'Inclusion in Action' and a Self Assessment form to help you increase inclusion in your setting.
