Joining and payment options
Online: Join online using a debit/credit card or PayPal account. You'll be directed to a page to complete your details and payment (please note: an online transaction fee of £2.50 applies). You will then receive a receipt and confirmation via email. Join online now.
By Phone: Call us and speak to a member of the team to join over the phone: 0116 253 3453. Office hours: 10am-6pm, Mon-Fri.
Monthly Direct Debit instalments: Call us on 0116 253 3453 and we'll take your details and send a Direct Debit Instruction. The completed Instruction
is to be returned to us within two weeks, but your membership and insurance will commence on the day we take your call. Office hours: 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. An admin fee of £5 applies to the Direct Debit payment option.
What next? When will I receive my insurance certificate?
Your membership and insurance will start on the day we receive payment and you will have instant online access to benefits. We will process your membership within seven to ten working days of receiving your application. Insurance certificate(s) will be sent to you via email and a People Dancing membership welcome pack will be sent to you in the post. If choosing to pay by Direct Debit, a payment schedule will be sent by email.
