We therefore welcome applications from all sections of our community, including disabled, neuro-diverse, Black, Asian, or ethnically diverse. We also encourage applications from people under 40 who demonstrate the enthusiasm, drive and potential to develop in their role of Charity Trustee.

Above all, we value enthusiasm, openness, tolerance and fairness and commitment to the charity. In return, we offer a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic and creative Welsh arts organisation during an exciting time in the company’s development.

Knowledge of the Welsh language is desirable but not essential for this role.
