Welcome to the People Dancing's interactive Development Needs Analysis (DNA) tool.
This has been designed to help community dance artists meet the outcomes set out in the
National Occupational Standards for Dance Leadership.
By working through the questions in each module you’ll be able to highlight
those areas you need to focus on in order to improve your practice as a dance leader.
As you respond to the statements in each of the
8 modules, the on-line analysis will
create a confidential and personal report highlighting those areas of practice you need to focus on most.
The report will also contain suggestions about where you might be able to find courses,
reading material or other forms of support to improve your selected areas of practice.
You can complete the Development Needs Analysis one section at a time and save your results as you go.
The more sections you complete the more comprehensive the
resulting report will be about the areas that you need to develop.
