CDMT Development and Impact Manager

Location: London

Salary: £42,000 pro rata (0.8 FTE)

CDMT is looking for a talented, ambitious and self-driven professional to join our team as the Development & Impact Manager. This is a 24 month fixed-term contract, with a 30 hour working week.

A summary of the Development & Impact Manager’s activities are as follows:

Develop and manage new income streams and fundraising pipeline
Build strategic partnerships and relationships with funders, corporate partners, industry, education partners and politicians
Create and manage the evaluation strategy and gather impact data
Turn evidence into future funding and partnership propositions
Engage stakeholders though comms and social media

Key information: Location: Salters’ Hall, 4 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU. (This is an office-based role, with Monday as a work from home day).

Responsible to: The CEO.
