The Trusts & Foundations Manager will oversee DanceEast’s funding pipeline, prepare and submit applications, report to funders, and manage relationships. Working closely with the Head of Communications & Development, the post-holder will set plans, identify and pursue key prospects, and steward funders, to achieve an annual fundraising target.

Dancing for Well-Being (DWB) is seeking an experienced and values-led General Manager to lead our Harrogate-based charity. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, overseeing finance, fundraising, governance, people management and organisational development. This is an exciting opportunity to build on DWB's strong reputation and help expand their impact, improving the wellbeing of older people and others through inclusive dance and community engagement. This is a paid, part-time position designed to support and elevate Disabled professionals at the start of their leadership journey. You’ll gain hands-on experience in helping make Stopgap’s events, shows and tours happen.
