This Level 1 Gateway qualification introduces choreography as a tool for developing performing arts work, explores creative career opportunities and supports you to identify your next steps towards employment, further training or creative industry progression.

Dancers’ Career Development (DCD) invites dancers to take part in Beyond Dance Mentoring, a free, powerful 12-month development programme.

A free, in person certified CPD for KS1–3 teachers, designed to build confidence in teaching dance through key stage specific approaches, and suitable for both subject specialists and generalist classroom teachers looking to develop their skills.

In October there will be an Introduction to ‘The Hubbub Way’. Open to artists, teachers or practitioners who use movement, dance and theatre, The Hubbub Way is an innovative, established training programme, designed to give arts practitioners ways to bring accessibility into their creative practice; and to guide and facilitate devising theatre and performance for people of all ages and abilities.

In October Kim Bormann presents, ‘Five Body Elements of CircularDynamics’ featuring Kim’s unique methodology for exploring spaces: ‘CircularDynamics’. Informed by Taoist practice and somatic awareness, this inclusive practice allows participants to access and be present in the moment, providing a toolkit to explore space, body and objects through movement, and using features of the room itself.

Dare2Dance is looking for performers aged 55+ in North London to join their creative performing group. No professional experience needed, just curiosity, commitment and a love of movement.

This two-day experiential training is designed for Dance Artists and Movement Psychotherapists who want to develop confidence, ideas, and practical skills for leading therapeutic movement and wellbeing groups.
