ZoieLogic
Inclusive Practice Lead
Location: Southampton
Salary: £150 per day
Deadline: 01 November 2026
Interview Date: 12 October, PM
ZoieLogic are looking for an Inclusive Practice Lead to help them strengthen how they understand, support and include people across their programmes.

This is a new role, shaped by learning from a year-long pilot within We Are Holyrood, their long-term community programme on the Holyrood estate in Southampton. The pilot demonstrated the value of bringing specialist health, social care or behavioural insight into a creative environment. The strongest contribution came from having someone in the room who could see beyond behaviour, understand individual needs, identify barriers to participation and help the creative team respond differently. The opportunity now is to use specialist knowledge to improve ZoieLogic's wider practice and build the confidence and skills of their creative workforce.

The postholder will therefore have two connected functions:

  1. Be a specialist presence in the room. Working primarily within We Are Holyrood, you will provide person-centred, inclusive and pastoral expertise alongside their Community Engagement Manager and creative facilitators.
  2. Help ZoieLogic become better at inclusive practice. You will observe, question, advise, train and develop systems that enable their wider team to understand and respond to participant needs more confidently.

They are looking for someone who can be in the room, understand the room and help them improve the room.

How to Apply

To apply, please complete the application form HERE, providing a CV and a cover letter (written, or as a short audio/video file of no more than 3 minutes) outlining how your experience meets the job description and person specification.

Please also complete the separate, anonymous monitoring form.

Please provide details of two referees, one of whom must be your current or most recent employer. ZoieLogic will not contact referees without your permission.

ZoieLogic value diverse lived experience and are especially keen to hear from those under-represented in the arts, including individuals from the Global Majority, younger voices, and those with experience of disability, neurodiversity or other perspectives that challenge barriers and drive innovation.

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check. That requirement is non-negotiable, if you do not already have one, you must be willing to have one carried out and they will cover the cost.
