Be Reflective: Quality Arts and Health
Be Reflective is a resource offering a framework to reflect on quality through all stages of an arts and health project.
The result of a collaboration between Creative Health, The Cultural Sisters and bITjAM, the resource was shaped through consultation with over 400 artists across the West Midlands. Taking you through a thoughtful step-by-step process, Be Reflective poses a set of questions to consider when developing an arts and health project. It will support you to achieve quality at each stage of a project, from commissioning through to the end product.
In addition to the online resource, we have also included a range of supporting information useful for planning, delivering and evaluating arts and health projects. We will soon be adding a searchable database of artists who have signed up to using Be Reflective to ensure quality in their arts and health work, and for those of you who prefer to do your thinking away from a computer screen, our Be Reflective Journal will be available soon.
