“Remembering Together: Reminiscence Training for people with dementia and their family carers” (RTRT) involved partners in 10 EU countries.
The emphasis over the two years of the project was to develop creative reminiscence work involving different participatory art forms with people with dementia and their family carers. The new website shares the findings of this project across the partnership.
