We are looking for an accomplished and exemplary Programme Director to join DanceSyndrome in 2025 to cover a maternity leave for our existing Artistic Director (who’s current remit is much broader than a typical Artistic Director within an Arts organisation).
You will be an ambitious, inspirational, and visionary individual who is an artistic leader with substantial programme management experience and will have responsibility for the overall success of DanceSyndrome.
Building on the growth of recent years, and currently executing a long term strategy; Vision 2030, the Programme Director will work closely with the Managing Director (as part of the Senior Management Team) to support the organisation strategically and operationally as DanceSyndrome continues to grow, with specific accountability for the Dance Team and delivery of our products and services.
