The role starts with learning the Jabadao approach - in practical sessions with the team, shadowing Jabadao practitioners at work and in learning the theoretical and evidence base for the practice.
You will then be contracted to take on specific training events, travelling to host settings to deliver excellent learning experiences for early years workers (in nurseries, playgroups & childminder settings), and teachers and learning support staff in schools.
You will plan courses, within the Jabadao approach, to meet the specific needs and interests of the learning partners. You aim will always be to inspire and support sustainable change in the way practitioners support children's bodies.
You will write up each course on the Jabadao shared system, highlighting key areas of learning that help to develop the approach.
You will attend paid team training events in order to develop the approach and maintain the highest standards of the company in teaching and learning, safeguarding and safety.
