‘Dancing’ from Emerald publishing’s Arts for Health series.

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Kathryn Stamp and Dr. Noyale Colin will join us at our gathering to share extracts from their book ‘Dancing’ from Emerald publishing’s Arts for Health series. Published in November 2024, the book offers perspectives on the ways in which dancing is being applied to tackle health challenges prioritising safe and inclusive practices.

"Dance and movement are everywhere and for everyone with a body, any body. Dancing can be enjoyed in a wide range of settings without the need for additional resources or supplies. But this is not always the way that dance is perceived or experienced."

We will offer all attendees to the gathering an opportunity to access the book for free!
