Full Time Project Coordinator
Location: Durham
Salary: £18,603 to £22,907

TIN Arts are looking to add a full-time Project Coordinator to the staff team to work closely alongside the Executive Director in planning and delivering key projects across TIN Arts. The role holder will be responsible for key projects’ coordination, logistical planning, event management and administration.

Within key named projects, to be responsible for:

  • Project development: working with members of the TIN Arts team to support the development of new or refine existing projects and events
  • Project coordination: including Bookings (venues, transport, equipment), Personnel (liaison with staff, freelance artists, producers, promoters), Scheduling (travel arrangements, rehearsals, get-in/get-outs)
  • Project administration: ensuring all related paperwork is accurate, up to date and stored / filed correctly
  • Project communication: internally and externally via phone, email and meetings
  • Project promotion: developing content and sharing information via social media platforms, website and as part of marketing campaigns.


Key named projects:

  • Flex Dance Company: a professional integrated touring dance company
  • The Gatherings: a portfolio of performances and events across TIN Arts’ range of school and community-based programmes
  • The Talent Hub: a professional development programme supporting emerging dancers with a learning disability, autism and / or additional needs across the North East and Yorkshire
  • The Clown Doctors: a team of artists supporting and working with children in paediatric departments in North East hospitals.
