Sessions focus on improving mobility, strength, balance, cognitive performance and creativity. These sessions are led by dance artist Laura Dexter.

Mondays (term time) 11.15am - 12.15pm | £5 (carer attends for free)
These relaxed dance classes focus on posture, strength, co-ordination and balance for people living with Parkinson’s, their family and carers. Classes begin seated, later moving to standing and travelling exercises. The whole class can be done seated if desired and adaptations are offered throughout to suit different individuals. Refreshments are provided and we would be delighted if participants would join us for this directly after the session.

Thursdays 11am - 12 pm followed by refreshments and cake.
Anyone with Parkinson's and their partners, friends and carers are welcome. The class is for all ages and abilities, you don’t have to have done any dance before you come. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes you can move in. Bring a water bottle
At present booking is not required, it is helpful if we know you are coming, do just come turn up on the day.

A fun, creative dance session with inspiring music led by professional dance artist Kath Kimber-McTiffen for people living with Parkinson’s and their carer/family member. Come and learn some moves, work out, and get creative in this feel good dance class for those living with Parkinson's and their carers. These sessions can be taken seated or standing and no experience is necessary.
1 ½ hours of dancing followed by 30 minutes social time with refreshments provided. Booking essential – please call to book a free taster session. Come in clothing that you can move in comfortably. Accessible location with free parking available.
