A variety of dance styles including Latin and Ballroom and many others. Much of the session is seated, and members participate at a level they are comfortable with. A light hearted approach to moving (and exercising) to some well known songs from a variety of genres. Where appropriate there is opportunity to learn and enjoy some easy partner dances.
