Fixed term contract until 31 July 2019
Reporting to the Head of Global Business Development and working closely with the wider team, you will provide administrative support to the Regional Managers with the organisation, marketing and running of examinations, student and teacher courses and activities.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organised, methodical and detail orientated.
You will have sound administrative experience, ideally in an arts or education context, as well as experience of working with children and young people in a responsible capacity.
You will have good verbal and written communication skills in English, an ability to deal with enquiries confidently, work effectively within a team situation, use your initiative and provide excellent customer service.
Flexibility with regard to working hours is required, as some additional weekend work will be included, together with the need to travel within the UK.
