Dance to your Daddy
A New Educational CD from English Folk Dance and Song Society designed primarily for Disability education

The music is recorded twice at different speeds so that dancers and singers can practice at their leisure and move up a pace at a later time.

It is hoped that disabled pupils will have fun doing some of the suggested activities in the accompanying 16 page booklet while being introduced to some old songs and melodies that they would be unlikely to hear in the commercial media. At the same time some favourite standards like Jamaica and Duke of Kent’s Waltz have been given a modern twist and offer dancers an alternative musical version. This has been produced with a specific audience in mind with a funky delivery and a strong rhythmic line.

The Gloworms and Dan and Caroline Hollingshurst provide the music.
